At Lighthall Vineyards we promise that you will be treated with respect, dignity, and fairness no matter who you are or where you come from. All visitors to the vineyard including vendors, contractors, volunteers, and friends and family must agree to treat each other with the inherent respect owed to all humans.
Our promise to our staff
Lighthall Vineyards will not tolerate any form of harassment or disrespect against our employees from anyone, including visitors, contractors, and guests, and encourages staff to speak up for themselves and their peers. Lighthall Vineyards staff have the right to feel safe and respected in their place of work.
