Frenchie is a washed-rind Alpine-style cheese, inspired by the famous cheeses from Gruyere. Washed with our 2019 Riesling on the outside, it has fantastic flavour and moderate intensity. Shows at its best when melted! Non-pasteurized and aged for a minimum of 6 months.
