Who should I contact about a tour?

You can email info@lighthallvineyards.com. If you need to coordinate times you will do so with our retail manager Mike. You can also give us a call at 613-767-9155.

Do you offer special pricing for Tour Groups?

Yes! Lighthall Vineyards is happy to offer a special flat rate for groups visiting as part of a guided PEC wine tour. The rate is $10 per person regardless of tasting flight selected and regardless of who is paying. The tour guide must make themselves known in order for special rate to apply.

Tour groups are also included in our policy on bottle purchases wherein we will waive 1 tasting fee for every 6 bottles of wines purchased.

6 bottles purchased = 1 fee waived
12 bottles purchased = 2 fees waived
18 bottles purchased = 3 fees waived and so on

Waived fees are transferable to other members of your group. Waived fees cannot be transferred to different visits, days or parties.

What days/times do you accept tour groups?

We accept tour groups 7 days per week. The absolute latest we can accept any group is 4:45pm, as we do not want your group to feel rushed. The best time for a tour of any size to come is between 10am and 3pm during the week. After 3pm, especially on weekends, we tend to get a rush of guests and it can be extremely busy.

How can I make a reservation for my group?

Lighthall Vineyards is first come first serve. We do always appreciate a heads up but in general use this as a guide
4 people for fewer: you do not need to inform us before hand, you can stop by anytime and we’ll be happy to greet your group
5-8 people: We would appreciate a heads up in the form of an email or phone call a day or two ahead in case we need to move some staff start times around. We recommend coming before 3pm for a group of this size.
9+ people: You should inform us at least a few days in advance as we may need to adjust our staff’s schedules to accommodate. We recommend coming earlier in the day for a group of this size and no later than 4pm. The largest we can accommodate without a prior agreement is 20 people.
21+ people: You will need to work out an exact date and time with the retail manager to ensure we are well staffed for your group. Contact us for more details.

Are there any auto-gratuities?

At this time we do not charge auto-gratuities for groups of any size. While we do appreciate a tip, it is never mandatory.

What about a premium experience?

We have a variety of predetermined tasting flights which does include a premium tasting flight of some of our higher end wines. All flights will be be $10 for groups visiting as part of a guided PEC wine tour.

Someone in my tour group has a disability, are you able to accomodate them?
